Usages:
Backhoe Loader GTL325 is a multifunctional earth moving machine that could be used to do loading, excavating, piling, flattening jobs in municipal gardens construction, road maintenance, pipeline laying, and farmland water conservancy construction. With corresponding tools, it can also execute special works, such as breaking.
Main Features:
* The 82KW DongFeng Cummins4BTA-C turbo diesel engine is powerful to support hydraulic system, transmission system, and AC system at the same time.
* The single stage converter assembly and four gears synchronous electro-hydraulic shift transmission case are produced by Carraro.
* 4WD, the front and rear axles are manufactured by Carraro. There are separated driving brake and parking brake on the rear axle. Driving brake is a built-in hydraulic multi-disc wet brake. The left brake and right brake work together during normal driving, and they work independently while spin turning.
* Main electrical elements, connectors, and control console are provided by COBO in Italy.
* Load Sensing Hydraulic Steering Device makes steering easier and quicker.
* Loading is easy to operate via single handle control. When the gearbox clutch release button pressed, the hydraulic loading system will get the highest power which could shorten the loading cycle time and improve loading efficiency.
* Pilot control makes excavating operation easy, rapid, and accurate.
* With the excavating boom locking device, driver could manipulate easily in the cab. The locking device together with the special design on Over the Dead Center Position of the boom makes it safer and more stable during transportation.
* Frame is based on an integral chassis specially designed for backhoe loader. The box -type welded structure of the excavating boom and stick possesses enough strength and rigidity.
* Deluxe full vision sealed cab with large tinted glass, roomy interior space, adjustable suspension seat, lower noise, independent heating and air conditioning system ensures great comfort to driver.
* The lateral shifting structure of the excavating device and the H type chassis brace make it possible working in a narrow space and improve the operation efficiency greatly.
* There is an alarm system providing real-time monitor for the main functions. When abnormal occurring, it will remind driver to stop the operation and check immediately. To ensure the safety, the product cannot be started when the forward/backward control lever is not in the neutral position.
* Special working devices such as breaking hammer are optional.
* Special structure components such as Spread Wing brace, excavating telescopic boom are optional.
